Meghan Markle’s favourite Pilates studio is brutally vandalised in terrifying moment

Meghan Markle’s favourite gym centre in California was targeted by vandals who smashed the property’s front window in a brutal attack.

The Duchess of Sussex is an avid pilates fan, having given it credit many times for her incredible physique.

But in the latest vicious attack by unknown perpetrators, her favourite pilates studio owned by pal Heather Dorak had its floor-to-ceiling glass window smashed into pieces.

Ms Dorak has been a close friend of Meghan’s for a long time.

She took to Instagram on Friday to show her studio and the damage that’s been caused during the disturbing incident.

The pilates instructor posted on her Instagram stories and showed around the workout place with the caption: “Thankfully everyone is safe but these moments are so challenging for a business owner.”

She also described the perpetrator(s) as someone “going from business to business throwing rocks through storefronts.”

Heather and Meghan have been snapped together on multiple occasions, including July 4th, a skiing holiday as well as hiking in California.

The pilates business owner was seen attending the Sussex wedding back in 2018, but their friendship dates all the way back to the early noughties after the former Suits actress was “one of” her “first clients,” according to the instructor in 2015.
