Is Paige Spiranac’s New Subscription Site a Rival to OnlyFans? Exploring the Money Game Behind Golf Queen’s Switch
Paige Spiranac announced on X (formerly Twitter) that she has migrated all her content to a new website. If you open OnlyPaige anytime now, you will see the following message: “OnlyPaige has moved! You can now subscribe to Paige on Passes.”
Passes is a relatively new social media platform in the world of influencing. Like OnlyFans, it allows creators to earn money through subscriptions. Given her popularity across social media, it would hardly be surprising if she started to earn more than OnlyPaige, which itself was an unofficial rival of OnlyFans.
Passes has gained massive popularity within a short time. Top influencers like Anna DeGuzman, Jeff Guenther, and Maren Altman of TikTok fame are some of the biggest names on the platform right now. The platform is owned by Lucy Guo of ScaleAI.
Per Domain Name Wire, the creator monetization platform has raised $40 million in Series A funding. The domain name of Passes was sold for $70,000 only in 2022. Last year, the platform generated $9 million in seed funding.
While some reports currently value OnlyFans at $18 billion now, per a survey report, only 300 creators earned over $1 million from OnlyFans. But Paige Spiranac expects to generate more revenue through tiered subscriptions at Passes.
Fittingly, they are named ‘Par Tier’ ($10/month), Birdie Tier ($25/month), Eagle Tier ($100/month), and ‘Golf Only ($5/month). The birdie tier subscription will allow you to access all content from her wall and join the livestream. Whereas, the eagle tier opens the doors for her DMs as well.
